Pretty much, although it's more aimed at making giving a vain sense of speshulness rather than a place for serious talk. People who get invited will be mods.
In other words, a mixture of the elder/admin/general topic boards.

I saw the sex forum before 10 posts. You need to tweak the permissions.

Need people to spam on WP too, need fresh blood to join our ranks.
I need another throw-away email address and sock-puppet account to get on WP, but I can put the word out on AFF to see it people will come here.
